What you should know about Forex.

Knowledge is more important than the zeal or determination to make money.  If you enter any Forex broker's site, what you will find is a warning showing that the Forex market is highly volatile and you can loose all your investment. Despite all the warnings,  thousands invest and trade the forex every day. More than 4 trillion dollars is being traded on the forex each day.  Many make a lifestyle out of the money legitimately made from FX. Much of those money is traded in the interbank market,  where you the small investor can not be,  since thousands of dollars is needed to trade one lot in the interbank.  Its no child's play.

What is the interbank market?

The interbank market for forex is the market where commercial turnover of currency investment take place, 

These investment are large amount of short-term, speculative trades.

Approximately 50% of all the transactions in forex are mainly interbank trades (as stated by the Bank for international settlements, 2004), while  the rest percentage belong to the fraction contributed by minor investors like me and you.  

Why trade the Forex?

For one thing,  it is a worldwide engagement,  that is why i love it.  The investment is so much that no matter how much your personal investment is,  it just remain insignificant compared to the daily liquidity. 

Lets face the reason why we are saying all these,  making money legitimately and with little stress.  

One of these best selling books "the richest man in Babylon" advised to let money work for you and give birth to more. Forex is the best place to make that happen.  

Experience they say is the best teacher. If you asked me what the best analytical too for forex is i will list 3 but the best is,  first: 

• personal experience

Then, 

• Fundamental analysis

And 

• Technical analysis

With these tools you can make money from trading forex.  But personal experience is a virtue.
